SOGEA MAROC organized the first day of selection of ESP trainees for the year 2020 on December 11th, following the selection of 25 students from 164 applications received. Several employees participated in this day to present to our future interns our company, our values and our projects.
The trainees were evaluated throughout the day, through several tests and workshops, in order to select the best talent.

Our participation in the 5th Edition of the Handicap Maroc Forum which took place on December 5th, 2019 is a priority of our social responsibility policy (CSR). This meeting allowed us to support these people with reduced mobility as part of our company’s recruitment opportunities.

We have also received from the organizers “The Association Espoir Maroc”, a certificate of recognition relating to our annual commitment to the integration of people with disabilities in Morocco.

VINCI Construction is organizing the 2nd edition of the international innovation competition organized for students from all over the world. The theme of this year’s competition is: How should companies in the construction sector integrate new technologies, develop and adapt to meet the expectations of our societies and improve the living environment?
We communicated about this event in schools and during our recruitment days. Currently Morocco is ranked 2nd.
