Job description:

• Your main mission will be to develop and monitor the implementation of processes, methods, standards, rules and charters for modeling and producing 3D models;
• Define or integrate the framework, rules and process common to the various stakeholders in a project prior to its modeling;
• Determine the choice of tools while respecting the constraints and standards of BIM, and ensure the interconnection between the tools provided by the various stakeholders;
• Conduct training actions with teams (price studies, methods, etc.), in order to converge them towards the use of the BIM specifications
• Ensure the interface between the various stakeholders of a project (architect, design office, etc.) from the start of the operation to the delivery of the projects;
• Organize and plan the BIM modeling work according to the needs of internal stakeholders (studies, operation, etc.);
• Carry out a technological and regulatory watch making it possible to maintain and develop the BIM methods and standards in force, and improve the performance of the BIM platform used;
• Oversee the administration of the BIM platform.
