  • 5 years of experience is required in a similar position specializing in Building
  • Logistics Purchasing or Engineer training
  • Meet the needs of construction sites in terms of purchasing, and more specifically the needs in the building sector;
  • Strong skills to be able to process purchases related to waterproofing, coverings (floor, wall, facade), false ceiling, furniture, fittings, kitchen, joinery (aluminum, wood, metal, partitions), green spaces and knowledge of LEED / HQE / BREAM;
  • Mastering negotiation techniques with knowledge of Incoterms, knowledge of payment terms and contractual knowledge is required.
